Areas of Practice
Anne Badasci is an associate attorney at DNLC. She practices in the fields of eminent domain, real property, business, and bankruptcy litigation. Anne joined the firm as an attorney in November of 2017 after serving as a law clerk for a year, and looks forward to gaining state and federal trial and appellate experience.
Education and Past Experience
Ms. Badasci received her undergraduate degree in Political Science as a Smittcamp Family Honors Scholar, from Fresno State. She graduated in 2014, magna cum laude. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California Davis College of Law in 2017, graduating as a Dean’s Merit Scholar, and was admitted to the State Bar of California the same year. She is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
Prior to joining DNLC, Ms. Badasci served as an extern with the California Farm Bureau Federation, was a research assistant for Professor Katherine Florey, contributed research to an amicus curiae brief before the United States Supreme Court, and clerked for several small to mid-size law firms in Sacramento and Fresno. She also participated in the UC Davis Environmental Moot Court program, receiving an award for oral appellate advocacy at the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition in New York. She served as a Senior Articles Editor for the journal Environs, and chaired the Agricultural Law Society at UC Davis School of Law.
Professional and Community Affiliations
Ms. Badasci has been a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association and State Bar of California since being admitted to practice in 2017.
