|J. Luke Hendrix
Luke Hendrix joined the firm in 2010. Mr. Hendrix is a partner practicing primarily in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial litigation. He specializes in representing Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees in their recovery, management, and liquidation of bankruptcy estate assets. He regularly appears in bankruptcy court on behalf of trustees on all bankruptcy-related matters. Mr. Hendrix also assists people who are struggling with debt, and works with them to assess potential bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy solutions. When bankruptcy is the best option, he assists individuals file for protection under the applicable provisions of the United States Bankruptcy Code.

Mr. Hendrix is admitted to practice in California (2010) and Utah (2011).
Mr. Hendrix earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he was a member of the McGeorge Moot Court Honors Board. He graduated from McGeorge Order of the Coif and with Great Distinction.
He earned his B.S. from the University of Utah, where he earned a double major in Communications and Sociology and graduated magna cum laude.
