Nicholas Kohlmeyer is an associate at DNLC, and joined the firm in 2016. Mr. Kohlmeyer practices in the areas of eminent domain and inverse condemnation, real property, and general civil and bankruptcy-related litigation.
Mr. Kohlmeyer received his undergraduate degree in Finance, with a Minor in Economics, from Creighton University in Omaha, NE in 2010. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2014 and was admitted to the State Bar of California the same year. While at McGeorge, Mr. Kohlmeyer was a member of the Dean’s List and a Witkin Award for Academic Excellence recipient.
During his time in law school, Mr. Kohlmeyer worked at the McGeorge Bankruptcy Clinic providing legal aid to individuals wishing to file Bankruptcies. Mr. Kohlmeyer also spent his last year of law school clerking for a business litigation firm full time. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kohlmeyer was an associate at a firm practicing general civil litigation.
