The firm was established in 1938 by Senator Earl
D. Desmond and E. Vayne Miller. In its 70th year, the firm
is now located in the newly
refurbished 15th & S Building in Sacramento’s mid-town area.
The building has ample on-site parking and is close to all freeways,
courthouses and government buildings.

of claims for injury and death caused by the fault of
another. These cases
include auto accidents, dog bites, catastrophic
injury, traumatic brain injury, product liability,
vehicular
accidents, vehicle rollovers, premises liability
and governmental tort
liability.
The bankruptcy practice involves all
aspects of disputes among
debtors, creditors and estate fiduciaries.
