Meeting to be Held to Discuss Diamond Springs Parkway Project

The Sacramento Bee is reporting, on March 18, 2013, the El Dorado County’s Transportation Division will host a public meeting concerning the Diamond Springs Parkway Project.

Altogether, the plans for the project call for a divided parkway connecting Missouri Flat to Highway 49. The Bee reports that completion of the first phase is scheduled for some time 2014, while subsequent phases are expected to last until 2030.

The meeting will be held from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. in the Board of Supervisor’s meeting room at 330 Fair Lane in Placerville, and the public is encouraged to attend.
